How Sunlikk collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sunlikk LLC ("Sunlikk", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit sunlikk.com (the "Site") or contact us.

We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with applicable laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Sunlikk LLC is a United States–based food sourcing and procurement company. We connect buyers — importers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers — with reliable suppliers worldwide, specializing in nuts, dried fruits and seafood.

For privacy matters, Sunlikk acts as the data controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the Site.

  • Contact and enquiry data you submit through our forms: name, company, email, country, phone number, product category of interest and your message.
  • Scheduling data when you book a call through our calendar link.
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring source.
  • Marketing attribution data such as UTM parameters captured from the link you arrived through.
  • Cookie and similar identifiers, only after you accept cookies (see Section 4).

3. How we use your information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide sourcing and procurement information.
  • To schedule and conduct calls or meetings you request.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site.
  • To measure marketing performance and, where you have consented, to deliver and optimize advertising.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and, with your consent, to measure traffic and advertising. Tracking tools load only after you accept cookies via our consent banner; if you decline, these tools are not loaded.

Subject to your consent, we use:

  • Google Analytics 4 — website analytics and traffic measurement.
  • Google Ads — conversion measurement and remarketing.
  • Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API — measurement of website actions and advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including hashed data sent server-side.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — conversion measurement and advertising on LinkedIn.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies or adjusting your browser settings.

5. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Consent — for cookies and advertising technologies and for optional communications.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiries, secure the Site and understand how it is used.
  • Performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract — to act on your sourcing requests.
  • Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business and the Site:

  • With service providers that process data on our behalf (e.g., analytics, advertising, hosting, form delivery and scheduling), under appropriate agreements.
  • With the advertising and analytics partners named in Section 4, subject to your consent.
  • Where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect rights, safety and property.
  • In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

7. International data transfers

Sunlikk is based in the United States and works with suppliers and providers around the world. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.

Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business relationship, and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion — ask us to erase your data.
  • Restriction and objection — limit or object to certain processing.
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.
  • California residents (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information.
  • To exercise any right, contact us at the email below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Data submitted through the Site is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control, such as our scheduling provider and social platforms. This policy does not apply to those sites; please review their own privacy policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
